Patriot One Plasma™ — Americas Rare Earth Corporation
An Integrated, U.S.-Controlled Processing Platform
Patriot One Plasma™ is ARE's integrated processing platform designed to recover rare-earth products, manage radiological constituents through separately controlled pathways, and reduce long-term industrial-residue liabilities. Patent applications have been filed covering the platform architecture and associated process integration.
How Patriot One Plasma™ Works
Integrated Platform
Patriot One Plasma™ is an integrated processing platform — not a single-step reactor. The platform integrates feedstock preparation, plasma-assisted processing, product separation, radiological management, and process control into a unified system.
Protected Architecture
Exact process parameters, reactor design, control logic, P&IDs, CAD files, digital-twin files, source code, historian tags, algorithms, detailed mass balances, and recovery targets drive our continual process improvement.
U.S.-Controlled
Regardless of where we establish our facilities: ARE preserves full ownership, global rights, technology control, protected architecture, and confidential know-how. No host participation, local operating rights, or project-company equity transfers ownership of the protected technology or unrestricted know-how.
Separately Controlled Radiological Pathway
The TENORM/source-material-bearing stream follows a separately controlled U.S. pathway. ARE had established the classification, packaging, import, receipt, treatment, recovery, storage, and disposition pathway with licensed counterparties.
The Problems Patriot One Plasma™ Addresses
Stranded Above-Ground Resources
Industrial phosphogypsum stacks, coal-combustion residues, and other above-ground unconventional mineral resources contain recoverable rare earth elements and other strategic materials. These resources are stranded — not because the minerals are absent, but because no commercially viable, regulatory-compliant recovery pathway exists at scale.
Foreign Supply Chain Dependence
The United States depends on foreign sources for the majority of its rare earth element supply. This dependence creates strategic vulnerability for defense systems, clean energy infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing.
Radiological Liability
Industrial phosphogypsum stacks contain naturally occurring radioactive materials (TENORM). Existing disposal and management approaches do not recover value from the radiological constituent stream. ARE's separately controlled radiological pathway addresses this liability.
No Qualified Domestic Pathway
No commercially qualified, U.S.-controlled pathway exists for recovering rare earth products from industrial phosphogypsum at scale. ARE advanced Patriot One Plasma™ to fill this gap by integrating multiple scientific fields into one world class system.
