Company — Americas Rare Earth Corporation
Our Vision
A worldwide network of ARE-controlled resource-recovery platforms that converts qualifying phosphogypsum sites from long-term storage liabilities into recurring sources of strategic materials.
Four Mission Pillars
U.S.-Controlled Technology
ARE preserves full ownership and global rights, technology control, protected architecture, and confidential know-how of Patriot One Plasma™. Host participation, project-company equity, and local operating rights are defined separately within each project agreement, preserving ARE's role as system architect and technology controller.
Current Operations + Legacy Remediation
ARE's model addresses both newly generated phosphogypsum and accumulated legacy stacks. Current operations can support recurring material-revenue pathways, while parallel stack processing progressively reduces stored volumes and the environmental burden associated with long-term management. Qualified material value is intended to offset the net cost of treatment and remediation.
ARE-Controlled Franchise Deployment
Qualified phosphate producers and phosphogypsum owners participate through an ARE-controlled franchise and deployment structure. Hosts contribute the resource, site, utilities, infrastructure, and local operating capability. ARE provides the protected platform, system integration, operating standards, qualification program, and strategic-market pathways.
National-Security Materials
ARE prioritizes neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium for NdFeB supply chains; samarium for SmCo applications; and yttrium, gadolinium, scandium, and other heavy rare earths for defense, energy, and advanced-manufacturing applications. Each deployment is intended to expand U.S.-controlled access to strategic materials and strengthen American and allied supply resilience.
Recover value from today's operations. Work down yesterday's stacks. Secure tomorrow's supply.
