Engagement Path — Resource Owners & Industrial Hosts
Bring Us a Resource
ARE is seeking industrial phosphogypsum stacks, coal-combustion residues, phosphate-industry byproduct streams, and other above-ground unconventional mineral resources. If you operate or own a qualifying resource, submit a non-confidential description for initial screening.
What ARE Needs
Qualifying Resources & Host Contributions
What ARE Needs
- Industrial phosphogypsum stacks with documented mass and area
- Coal-combustion residues with documented composition
- Phosphate-industry byproduct streams with documented REE and TENORM constituent data
- Other above-ground unconventional mineral resources with documented composition
- Host infrastructure: site, utilities, port access, and external operations support
What the Host Receives
- Liability reduction for the TENORM/radiological constituent stream through ARE's separately controlled U.S. pathway
- Return of the prospective lower-risk mineral fraction after project-specific analytical and regulatory qualification
- Mitigation of Coal CCR and fly ash hazards
- Revenue from Rare Earth Elements which reduce the cost of mitigation
- Commercial participation in the project on terms to be negotiated
- ARE project development, engineering, and technology deployment
