Adam Rousselle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of America's Rare Earth Corporation. He leads the company's strategic direction, technology development, and commercial partnerships across the Patriot One Plasma™ platform and Project Boomerang.
Mr. Rousselle has focused ARE's mission on securing U.S. access to critical minerals through the recovery of rare earth elements from industrial phosphogypsum stacks, coal-combustion residues, and other above-ground unconventional mineral resources — reducing foreign supply chain dependence while supporting liability reduction for industrial operators.
VADM Philip Cullom (Ret.)
Strategic Advisor
Vice Admiral Philip Cullom (Ret.) brings decades of senior U.S. Navy leadership to America's Rare Earth Corporation. His career included senior roles in energy, environment, and climate policy for the Department of the Navy, where he led initiatives to reduce dependence on foreign energy sources and advance energy security.
